Chad started at Hart Insurance in 2024. He handles the insurance needs for personal lines clients, including insurance marketing, customer service, claims and billing.

Prior to Hart Chad worked two years as a property & casualty agent for State Farm. He has experience working as an agent for Colonial Life as well. Prior to moving into insurance, Chad worked for 20 years in customer service and as a manager at Dutch Bros Coffee.
