Emily Dally joined the Hart Insurance team in 2022. She has over 16 years of experience as an executive assistant in a university setting. Emily provides part-time administrative support and processing assistance to the employee benefits department. Emily has a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University and a master of science degree in school counseling from National University in San Diego, California.
