Erinn Fralich joined the Hart Insurance team in 2004. He is an agency principal and is the lead agent of the employee benefits department. Erinn is a licensed insurance agent in Oregon and Hawaii, and he holds a life and health insurance consultant license in Oregon. He is responsible for the implementation of the various components of the employee benefits program as well as ongoing consultation on compliance, cost containment, and overall plan management.

Erinn holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Oregon in management with a secondary emphasis in decision sciences and a minor in Scandinavian studies.
