Jenny Rossknecht started working at Hart Insurance in 2013 as the human resources and office manager. As a member of the management team, she helps provide leadership, direction, and support to agency personnel. She is a licensed insurance agent in Oregon in property, casualty, life, and health.

Prior to Hart Insurance, she worked for Rogue Community College in a management position for 14 years. As the director of human resources and risk management, Jenny was responsible for all aspects of the risk management, insurance, and human resources processes.

Jenny holds a master of business administration degree with a dual specialization in human resources management and risk management and insurance from Walden University and a bachelor of arts degree from Westmont College.
